Dispenser Care and Cleaning

Avoid Overfilling: Do not overfill the base, as this can cause soap to enter the foaming chamber and potentially lead to pump issues.

Check the Pump Tube: Ensure the small tube leading to the pump is not pushed too far into the pump. Gently pull it out slightly to allow air to flow, which is necessary for creating foam. You’ll see a small glass ball above the tube—make sure it has enough room to move freely.

Flush the Pump Regularly: After every refill (or periodically), flush your pump with a mixture of white vinegar and warm water. Simply place the straw of the pump into a glass filled with the mixture and pump several times. If you have hard or undrinkable water, use distilled water instead of tap water.

Avoid Soaking or Submerging: Do not soak or submerge your foaming pump in water.

Clean the Pump Exterior: Use a damp, soft cloth to wipe away any soap buildup on the outer surface of the pump. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Glass Base Care: The glass bases are dishwasher safe, but the pumps are not. You can also hand wash the glass base with warm water and soap for easy cleaning.

If you notice soap or water in the foaming chamber, simply remove the pump, turn it upside down, and pump it several times to help clear the chamber.
