Citrus oils, like Lemon, Sweet Orange, Grapefruit, Bergamot and Lime, can uplift your mood and reduce stress and anxiety, while also being naturally anti-bacterial.  Lemongrass and Citronella, distilled from grasses rather than citrus fruit, are included here because of their citrus-like aromas.
